About Us

Drs. Gibb and O’Leary have worked together for over 12 years and specialize in utilizing their expertise to provide consulting services to various clients, including government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and commercial clients, on all facets of epidemiologic research. Dr. Gibb is an epidemiologist with a 30-year career at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency where he served in the positions of Associate Director for Health and Assistance Center Director of the National Center for Environmental Assessment. Dr. O’Leary is an epidemiologist with experience in literature evaluation, exposure and health risk assessment, and statistical analysis.
